Half Hump Magnetic Separator
Hump magnetic separators are used to remove large pieces of tramp irons as well as ferrous fragments from gravity-flow materials or material flow pushed by air in enclosed flow lines before they get to the storage bins or processing equipment. They can be mounted in spouting lines or on the processing machines. Half-Hump Magnetic separators are developed for the situation with height restriction where the full hump magnetic separators can not be mounted.
Main Features:
1. It is the magnetic separator with plate magnet.
2. The magnetic plate can be made of rare earth magnets or ferrite magnets per customer’s request. The housing material can be 304 or 316L stainless steel.
3. The design of angle shape makes the material to flow directly into the magnetic field in order to prevent material from caking and bridging.
4. Simple structure, easy cleaning and assembly.
5. Inlet, outlet and any other special requirements can be custom made.
