Magnetic liquid traps with clamp connection or named magnetic liquid filters are designed for liquid or semi-liquid flow systems to remove ferrous contamination from liquid with various viscosity levels. With the magnetic liquid traps it can keep the liquid’s purity by removing small contaminants and provide magnetic protection for liquid lines and processing equipment.
Main Features:
1. Many different types are available for different materials.
2. Standard working temperature ≤80℃. If needed, it can reach max 350℃ according to the application requirement.
3. The max magnetic strength can reach 12,000 Gs.
4. Clamp connection.
5. Stainless steel 304 or 316L is available for shell material.
6. Proper magnetic configuration designed ensures maximum magnetic effect while without impeding liquid flow.
7. Pressure design or other special requirement can be custom made.
