Half Magnetic Roller
Half magnetic roller also named half magnetic drum is composed of a revolving round stainless steel cover and a shaft to generate a half disc(180 degree) stationary magnetic field . It becomes an automatic separating system when the drum is driven by a motor.
Application:
Half magnetic roller is mainly used to remove or sort ferrous fines, tramp iron and other ferromagnetic impurities from bulk dry material flow such as iron ore, grain, sand, gravel, plastics, wood, waste, cullet, etc.

1. Continuous self-cleaning design is suitable for automatic production line.
2. Housing material is 304 or 316L stainless steel which has good corrosion resistance performance.
3. No electric power required to generate magnetic field.
