Magnetic Coolant separators/ magnetic coolant cleaners are ideal to remove ferrous particles from the coolant to extend working life of the grind wheel and tools , and to improve the quality of product’s surface, also to save the cost by recycling the coolant. The system is widely used in the field of machining and grinding process.
Main Features:
1. The housing material is 304 or 316L stainless steel which has good corrosion resistance performance.
2. The rotatable drum is made of high intensity magnets which can continuously remove ferrous particles from the liquid flow.
3. Magnetic strength can be about 2,000 Gs from the cheaper ferrite magnets and 3,000~4,000 Gs from the powerful rare earth magnets.
4. Automatic operation to save the labor cost.
5. Easy mounted on the existing or new machines.
