Self-Controlled Pneumatic Magnetic Separator
Compact self cleaning program controlled pneumatic magnetic separators is designed to continuously remove ferromagnetic contamination from the materials without any interruption.
Main Features:
1. Automatic self-cleaning.
2. With control cabinet.
3. No interruption to your process flow.
4. Super ability of removing ferrous scraps, standard power 10,000 Gs at room temperature. If needed, Max magnetic magnetic strength can reach 13,000 Gs, max working temperature can reach 250℃.
5. Optional multiple rows magnetic grids for different capacity . Customized design is also welcome.
6. Stainless steel 304 and 316L are optional. It can meet food grade for food and drug industries.
7. The flow-in and flow-out connection can be customized. Round or square flanges are optional.
Application:
Ideal for removing fine iron or ferromagnetic scraps from a range of dry materials such as sugar, grain and tea.
