Electric Drum Magnetic Separator

Application:
Electric drum magnetic separator can separate ferromagnetic impurities or ferromagnetic materials from bulk dry powdery or granule materials in the automatic production line which is widely used in industries of plastic, cereals, food, chemicals, mining, pharmacy, etc. It is Ideal for high flow, heavy ferromagnetic containment separating or sorting. The drum’s outside cylinder can rotate. Inside the drum, there are magnets at half side and no magnets at the other side, so its half side has magnetism and the other has no magnetism. While the machine runs, the magnets inside are fixed and only the outside cylinder is rotating. When the feedstock drops into the separator, the ferrous impurities will be attracted at one side of the cylinder and drop off when the cylinder rotates to another side. At the machine’s bottom, there are two outlets, one for cleaned feedstock and the other one for the ferrous impurities.
